Concrete Cleaning & Restoration
Professional cleaning for algae, mildew, oil, rust and efflorescence, followed by color refresh and resealing.
- Typical time: Half day to 2 days
- Best season: Spring and fall
- Follow-up: Reseal for best results
What it is, and why it works.
Humid Tennessee summers breed algae and mildew, leaves leave tannin stains and cars drip oil. A stamped surface can look tired long before it is worn out. Professional cleaning uses the right pressure and chemistry for your sealer and stone texture, avoiding the etching and streaking that a rented washer can cause.
Restoration is a sequence: clean, repair, recolor if needed and reseal. We test a small area, remove stains in stages and rinse thoroughly, then reseal to protect the color. Around Nashville, an annual spring wash and a reseal every couple of years keep stamped concrete looking like new.

Cleaning & Restoration: common questions
Can I pressure wash stamped concrete myself?
You can, but too much pressure can strip sealer and etch the surface. We use controlled pressure and the right cleaners.
Will cleaning remove old oil stains?
Fresh stains often come out; old oil may leave a faint shadow, which we can tint or coat over if needed.
