What it is, and why it works.
If your existing slab is structurally sound, an overlay can give it a completely new life. A thin layer of polymer-modified cementitious material is bonded to the old concrete, then stamped, colored and sealed just like a new pour. A stained, cracked or boring gray patio becomes slate, flagstone or brick in a fraction of the time and cost of replacement.
Success depends on the slab beneath: we inspect for movement, repair cracks, grind and clean the surface and test the bond before we start.
